What can I expect?


Whether you're a seasoned athlete or have never stepped foot in a gym, we welcome all fitness levels and ages over 16. Our workouts are designed to maximize your results in just 60 minutes with HIIT and strength training. We strive for continual progress so you can expect each workout to be different from the last. We want you to feel confident in what your body is able to do and look forward to coming back for more! Additionally, please make sure to bring good running shoes, water, a sweat towel and a positive attitude.




How much weight can I expect to lose?


Everyone is different. With 1:1 personal training, we will take an body assessment and discuss those results with you. Pushing yourself during your workouts will help you achieve your results faster than if you cut your reps/sets short. We believe 80% of your weight loss/gain is due to your nutrition. It is highly recommended for new members to purchase their customized macros which will facilitate in achieving your goal.




What happens if I need to cancel a session?


We ask that scheduled sessions be cancelled with more than 24 hours notice. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full amount.




Can I try out a class first?


Yes, we offer $15 one day guest passes or "drop-ins" for those who want to try out a virtual class. Click here to book yours! We do not offer drop-ins or trial memberships for 1:1 personal training. All purchases are non-cancellable and non-refundable once scheduled.
